Apartment is 1 bedroom with hardwood floor, 1 bath tile floored and full kitchen linoleum floored with gas stove and stainless refrigerator furnished. Living room area is hardwood flooring with 180 degrees of beautiful windows that over look the neighborhood. Bathroom updated bath/shower and sink. Air condition units for heat and air condition recently replaced. Own private entrance to apartment. Patio area and deck for private use Pet friendly. No washer dryer but washateria one block away. Pictures with current renters stuff. I live in the front house and garage apartment is behind my place in the driveway(pictured on the left when looking at the exterior pic). Driveway parking a huge plus!
Currently rented but available on April 1 2013 or possibly sooner.
