Fwd: Annual Big Crawfish Boil - April 24 - West Alabama Ice House

Reminder - Hope to see you Saturday! Don't forget your canned goods.

Our annual crawfish boil will be held at the historic West Alabama Ice House on Saturday, April 24 from 1:00 to 7:00.  There will be plenty of crawfish freshly arrived from south Louisiana, gumbo, red beans & rice, inexpensive beer, and plenty of people, especially if the weather is nice.

If you've been before, you know how popular it is; and, never more so than last couple of years.  The event even received somewhat of a mention in an issue of Saveur magazine a few years ago.  It's usually a good idea to get there early, so that you can park within a couple blocks of the Ice House.

As in the past we will be helping the Star of Hope, which has been aiding the downtrodden in the Houston area for 100 years.  We ask all of our guests to be generous in bringing non-perishable items to the event for the Star of Hope.   You can check their website for current needs.  Hope that you can make it.

Hosts – Mike Riccetti, Gene Riccetti, Hank Fuselier, Julien DuPont, Dan Berggren, Michael Wells, David Hinsley, Pat Sullivan, Paul Heyburn, Brian Hall, Kent Wuensche & Mike Shirley

Hiring Long Term Contract Recruiters!

Robin Milstead has sent you a message.

Subject: Hiring Long Term Contract Recruiters!

Hello!

Since the beginning of the year, our reqs at Administaff have risen by 35% and in the first quarter alone we have received over 1200 positions. Yesterday alone we received more than 50 reqs. Needless to say, while we are slammed, this is a great problem to have and a positive sign that the economy is starting to move in the right direction!

With that being said, I am in desperate need of 4 long term (no end date) contract recruiters to join my team at Administaff. Administaff is NOT a staffing agency, but a full service HR Outsourcing and Consulting firm. We act as our clients corporate recruiters, so no business development is needed as we already have 6,000 clients nationwide that we service.

We are looking for recruiters with the following backgrounds and experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3 years experience in agency recruiting preferred
- Mix of agency and corporate recruiting highly preferred
-Subject Matter expertise in one of the following areas: Accounting and Finance, Engineering, IT, or Admin/Light Industrial
-Can pass a full background check including credit, criminal, and education

Our offices are located in North Houston near Bush Intercontinental Airport. We pay a competitive hourly rate for the contract roles and there is STRONG potential for candidates to come on full time.

These positions are great for agency recruiters looking to move more into an HR role, but still want to enjoy the speed and high energy of recruiting.

If you know of anyone that would be interested, please have them contact me directly at robin_milstead@administaff/ 281-889-3213.

Thanks in advance and feel free to pass this along to anyone you feel would be interested!

Best wishes,
Robin Milstead
