A Beer, glass of Wine, does your company want to buy me a Bar?

This may be my last request. I have to PROMISE LLS on March 26th that I will have $2,900 by May 20th - or I will have to pay the balance. As much as I would like to be able to do that, I am afraid I cannot.

SO, I have a week to raise the additional $1,900. Regardless of if I get there, if I do not get to run San Diego you still will have helped Leukemia & Lymphoma Society $1000 + worth and I appreciate your support ALWAYS!

So if you have a company that would like to contribute I have attached those forms.
If you would still like to BUY ME A DRINK please click below.
If you have already thank you again for your contribution,
I could not do anything I do without you!

To Contribute please go to: www.pages.teamintraining.org/txg/rnr10/hautechakalaka
All contributions are 100% tax deductible

Reminder - The Houston Croquet Classic - OPEN BAR ALL DAY

Hey all - SIGN UP by next week! It is Open Bar all day so you can imagine how much fun it is. $40 of your $65 sign up is tax deductible, so essentially $15 for OPEN BAR, two round of croquet, lunch, and music by the Fondue Monks! It usually goes until 4 so it is all day fun. :)
(And it is drinking and playing to support kids with cancer so you will feel good about yourself as well!)

This a reminder that the annual Houston Croquet Classic benefiting the Sunshine Kids Foundation will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2009 on the campus of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, at the edge of New Chinatown.  This is a very fun event that requires absolutely no experience or skill in croquet, and helps a great Houston-based charity that aids children with cancer and their families.

In addition to a competitive, if poorly played croquet tournament, there is a catered lunch, live music from the Fondue Monks, expansive silent auction (the includes use of a six-bedroom villa in Acapulco, and lunch with a baseball Hall of Fame broadcaster) and probably too much alcohol, including beer from Saint Arnold Brewery and surprisingly strong cocktails from the city's most charming bartender.  There will also be raffled items and a contest for best croquet attire (women, think hats).  It's always a blast, even last year when the weather was miserable.  It will be nice this year.

Please encourage friends and family to attend, also.  It is on of the most enjoyable charity events around.  The cost is $65 per person, or $125 per team.  A team is two people.  Space and math dictate that we are limited to 64 teams in the tournament.  You can sign-up and pay at:

www.houstoncroquetclassic.org

Hope that you can make it.  If not, we are quick to accept donations for the children ...

Lori
