Join us Saturday afternoon at Tony's for an event benefiting Rescued Pets Movement!

Hi friends! Many of you are pet people (and some of you are margarita people - we are both!) so wanted to let you know about an event Saturday afternoon (2-6), benefiting Rescued Pets Movement, at Tony's! It is only $35 to help save pups, and get your afternoon drink (and eat) on. You can pay upon arrival, or get tickets at the link below. It is a great group of folks that rescue pups from BARC and other shelters and place them in foster care and then forever homes. Hope to see you there! p.s. We find the silent auction really funny - last year it ranged from a David Yurman bracelet to a ceramic kitty cat (handmaid) to tickets to see the Chippendale dancers, and lots of wine baskets! So something entertaining for everyone.

Please join Rescued Pets Movement on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Tony's Mexican Restaurant (2222 Ella Blvd.) to celebrate the 15,000 dogs and cats you have helped us save in less than 3 years! Your donation of $35 provides you with a full Mexican food buffet, 2 drink tickets, a silent auction, and more fun than should be legal! Tickets may be purchased at http://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/event?llr=wdlzbhpab&oeidk=a07ecvu0yzo12b6f732. "

Our umpteenth annual big crawfish boil will be held again at the historic West Alabama Ice House on Saturday, May 14 from 1:00 to 7:00.  There will be plenty of crawfish freshly arrived from south Louisiana, gumbo, red beans and rice, inexpensive beer, and plenty of people, especially if the weather is halfway decent.

We will be helping the local Society of St. Vincent de Paul again this year, a charity dedicated to aiding the downtrodden.  We ask all of our guests to be generous in helping us help them.  The food we provide is somewhat in exchange for your donation; that's actually true for the crawfish.  No donation, no crawfish.  The Society usually can use non-perishable foods, baby food, diapers, cleaning supplies, and detergent.  Check their website for current needs.  Monetary gifts will also be accepted

Hope that you can make it.

Hosts – Mike Riccetti, Gene Riccetti, Hank Fuselier, Julien DuPont, Bill Marchbank, Dan Berggren, Michael Wells, David Hinsley, Pat Sullivan, Paul Heyburn, Brian Hall, Kent Wuensche, Mike Shirley, Christian Frisch & Cary Kaufman
